The Mexican government officially announced the final ruling on Chinese tires

The Mexican government officially announced the final ruling on Chinese tires (September 30), and decided to impose anti-dumping duties on Chinese companies according to the dumping margins determined in the final ruling from the date of the announcement.


In this final ruling, the investigation authority corrected the erroneous practice of not accepting data from many Chinese companies in the initial ruling, and calculated the corresponding dumping margins for many of them based on the data they submitted.


The following is an overview of the tax rates of various companies:


1. Sampling companies:


Shandong Linglong Tire - 19.37%

Shandong Changfeng Tire - 7.16%

Wanli Tire - 32.24%

Zhengdao Tire - 5.18%

Shandong Haohua Tire - 11.55%

Zhaoqing Junhong Tire - 32.24% (determined based on available factual information)


2. Non-sampling companies, with an average tax rate of 14.82%, include the following companies:


Zhongyi Rubber, Shandong Fengyuan Tire Manufacturing, Shouguang Firemax Tire, Qingdao Nexen Tire, Prinx Chengshan (Shandong) Tire, Giti Tire (Fujian), Yuanxin Tire, Shandong New Continent, Shandong Yongfeng Tires, Giti Radial Tire (Anhui), Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Group, Shandong Yongsheng Rubber Group, Kenda Rubber (China), Shandong Wanda Boto, Tercelo Tire, Sichuan Tire & Rubber, Anhui Jichi Tire, 


3. All other companies: 32.24%
